I was born in Pakistan. Moved to NYC with family at age 10. Grew up playing Baseball and Tennis. Didn’t start playing cricket until my early 20s. First hard ball game was in 2005 (age 30). Been playing in various leagues in NYC and CT over the past 15-16 years. Have played in SCTCA, CCL, WSL, and NYCL. Won the batting title in 2014 in the SCTCA (Southern Connecticut Cricket Association). Selected in the SCTCA team that played in the NorthEast Tournaments (2012-2014) and the MAQ T20 tournaments in Florida (2013, 2014). Have been the leading wicket taker and run scorer in most seasons on my teams.
