Gaurav is a right handed top order batsman and right handed medium pace bowler based in Westchester, NY. He has played cricket for school/college and at corporate level in India. Gaurav if the founder and captain of New York Thunderbolts cricket club which plays in Common Wealth Cricket premier league and Last Man stands league in NY.

In 2021 Gaurav was selected to play in the first edition of American Premier league( APL). He was third highest run scorer in CCL morning premier league and MVP for LMS in NY region.
